Job Description

Inside Sales Account Managers UNCAPPED COMMISSIONLeeds, LS10 (easily accessible via public transport and free parking available)We are looking for ambitious and eager to learn sales superstars to join our client on a permanent, full time basis.What’s On Offer

  • Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm - NO WEEKENDS
  • £17k per annum basic, OTE £30-£40k
  • Quarterly increases (up to £26k) to basic salary when you smash your targets!
  • Uncapped commission
    • Role:
  • Inbound/outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts, to secure appointments for the Business Development Executives
  • Achieve or exceed expected targets
  • Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality appointments
  • Establish a strong relationship with your Business Development Executive
  • Support with administration duties including diary management
    • You need to be:
  • Money motivated
  • Ideally experienced in working in a sales role or sales environment
  • Success driven
  • A confident communicator able to speak to people from all walks of life
  • Target driven
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
