One of the UK’s leading Structural Engineering Consultancies are going through and exciting period of growth that has bought about the need to bolster their business with 2 Senior Engineers. You will have experience working as a Project Structural Engineer,on a variety of projects working with different clients. We are looking for Senior Associate Engineers and Senior Project Engineers at present.Role: AssociateStructural Engineer aka Senior Structural Engineer, Senior Project Engineer Location: Work from home - Office is in Yorkshire and we would like you to come into the office around 1-2 times a monthSalary:£40k-£65k base salary, Car allowance, fuel card covering all personal and work mileage and Discretionary bonusBenefits: 2:30pm Friday finish,20-25 days holiday + bank holidays, 5.5% non-contributory pension, Private Healthcare, Death in service 4x salary.You will be an experienced Structural or Civil Engineer, preferably qualified to MIStructE or Chartered ICE level (not a necessity though) with experience leading a variety of structural and civil engineering projects (we are looking for one person withexperience of highways). A background leading a team of Engineers and technicians on a variety of projects would be advantageous, but this is not a necessity. You will take ownership of the technical team output whilst manging cost, budget and ensuring workis completed to agreed timescales.You will be given every opportunity to progress your career within the organisation up to Director level, giving you time and resources that will allow you to upskill and go on to achieve great things.
