Job Description

ASSOCIATE DIGITAL PERFORMANCE ANALYST£30,000-£32,000 + BENEFITSPRIMARILY REMOTEA curious and collaborative individual with great communication skills will find this Associate Digital Performance role of particular interest. THE COMPANY:This digital agency works with some really interesting companies in a range of industries from charities and universities through to museums. They help to design, build and maintain websites. They are now building out their data and analytics functions tohelp make data-based recommendations to their clients to continue to maintain and improve the websites.THE ROLE:As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will help shape the analytics function by:

  • Being able to look at data and ask but why
  • Having the ability to find actionable insights and recommendations through qualitative and quantitive data (CRO).
  • Having a keen interest in user behaviour onsite.
  • Measuring and reporting on client KPIs.
  • Producing dashboards to track digital performance- preferably through Google Data Studio.
  • Being able to communicate to stakeholders across the business.
  • Tagging and tracking of clients website.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:A successful Digital Performance Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
  • Proven commercial experience in Google Analytics.
  • Experience with funnels, segments etc.
  • Experience with visualisation tools including Google Data Studio.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of CRO tools e.g. Hotjar
