If this is relevant for you, just let your recruiter knowwhen you make your application.Your roleThe Operations Advisors role is to deliver all day-to-day operational activities supporting the Deloitte Associate (contractor) Programme, which is our internal capability that delivers world-class contingent labour to our business in the UK.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Advisor will be the main point of contact for all non-talent / risk activities including but not limited to offshore escalations, Onboarding process oversight, interview scheduling process oversight, ownershipof screening vendor relationship and overview of the continued embedding of our new Contingent workforce management platform SAP Fieldglass.

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for the business on the Associate Programme
  • Working with finance to provide data to enable the margin capture process for Associates
  • Acting as the escalation point for offshore operations queries
  • Oversight of Associate Programme processes including onboarding
  • Running training sessions to support with process changes within the offshore team
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Screening platform(s) and other third party suppliers.
  • Oversight of high-profile Associate management
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to support the wider operating model/user experience
  • Managing ad-hoc projects (i.e. Enforced Period of Absence)
  • Maintaining process flows and user manuals
  • System training
  • Working with different teams throughout HR, CBS and the wider firm to become an SME in Associate Resourcing Operations

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A demonstrated track record of undertaking problem solving to always deliver
  • Experience delivering reporting / MI production within a professional environment
  • An excellent understanding of onboarding, extension/contracts and termination processes
  • An understanding of finance and invoice processes (desirable)
  • An understanding of recruitment/operations processes relating to Associates (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of recruitment systems (ATS / VMS), HRIS and finance systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient with current IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Contingent resourcing experience (desirable)
  • Supply chain management experience including reviewing / negotiating terms (desirable).
