Calibre Search are working closely with a very strong Independent Consultancy now looking to bring in an Associate to Director level Quantity Surveyor to join them in Leeds.After a recent acquisition, they now have a new influx of work which you will be delivering on ranging from converted residential mills, office fit outs, industrial sheds and retail park developments across the UK offering you plenty of variety to work on.This role has come available as the Practice are planning for the future and with their current Director looking to potentially take step back, they will give you plenty of time to ease into this high level position and get used to their clients and how theyrun as a business. Very much a position you can make your own in many respects. This is a great role for you to bed yourself in with this small and established team and work your way up to eventually becoming Director and the main lead of the Leeds office helping the businessgrow and have a huge say in which way the practice goes and how it operates etc. Ideally, you will already be experienced in offering Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Employers Agent services and you can use this fantastic position to really take that next step up in your career.Being MRICS/MCIOB would be ideal but the client is open to speak to the right individual who has good construction project experience and feels they have the right attitude to take this position on.Requirements:
