We are recruiting for an Senior Asset Manager to join a large scale facilities management and building services operation in Yorkshire with a view to manage all change control processes. The role is a 12 month FTC basic salary up to 50k. There may be options for continuous extension.Role Description:To organise and lead regular meetings with both the customer and internal stakeholder to review andupdates, changes, errors, omissionsthroughout the contract termsUpdate PPM plans inline with the additions or removal of affected Properties. Track all movements both in and out of scopeMaintain the change control process with our customerto ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all timesUpdate the PPM plan periodically (no less frequently than monthly) to reflect improvements and changes that will improve delivery efficiency. Track all changes that are proposed or required. Develop over the course of the contract; within a defined timeframe, an Optimised PPM Plan delivery that improves operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain a delivery programme to address the remedial backlog of works identifed by the customerExperience EssentialData management experience within an M&E maintenance business, or an in-house facilities management teamManagement of asset and PPM schedule data within CAFM systems (e.g Concept, Maximo)Detailed knowledge and understanding of M&E assets and the associated SFG20 (or other) maintenance regimesExperience in managing client expectations, subcontractors and scheduling of subcontractor works.Robust knowledge of excel and other MS applicationsStrong communications skills and experience of managing small projects with multiple stakeholdersExperience DesirableM&E asset surveying & asset data collectionM&E bid estimatingExperience in management information, data analysis and reportingIf you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
