Job Description

Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a reputable and innovative manufacturer specialising in kitchen components, known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As part of their expansion plans, they are seekinga highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join their team and cover the North of the UK.Salary starting at £35,000 up to £55,000 DOE+ Hybrid Car, Fuel, Phone, Laptop, Expenses and private medical. As an Area Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and build strong relationships with kitchen manufacturers & retailers.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within your region.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, including kitchen manufacturers, dealers, and distributors, to build and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote the range of products.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team and other local departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • In addition to strengthening existing relationships, you will use your technical and market expertise to support the sales team in winning new business.
The Applicant:
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the KBB industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the North UK region.
