I am currently on the lookout for an Architect to join an AJ100 practice that is located in Leeds. This award-winning practice has around 80 members of staff across their offices in the UK. They have a collection of 3 offices located in the North of theUK.Having been designing in the Architectural industry for over 35 years, they obtain an extensive portfolio. Projects-wise, this Architectural practices key areas are within the residential and healthcare sectors but work within a plethora of other sectors likecommercial and education.They work on a wide range of projects within their residential projects, including private-housing developments, affordable & supported accommodation, and high-rise apartments. Within the healthcare sector, they design complex acute and mental healthcare aswell as primary care and community hub facilities.Being RIBA and CIAT chartered enables further career growth for their employees.The Role: Architect* First point of contact for projects* Confident in liaising with clients, consultants and contractors* Proven ability to resolve technical challenges* Detailed construction knowledge* Site visits* Design proposals and planning applications through technical specifications* Produce accurate technical information* Previous experience of AutoCAD, Revit & Photoshop in practiceThe salary for this position ranges from £30K - £40KHow to ApplyContact Alicia at Konker Recruitment.
