Job Description

Join a multi-million-pound public transit company during a period of continuous growth as they continue to expand their digital development team with an Application Support. Significant investments are being made in the development of digital products whichempower and inform customers.Working alongside the Website Manager, Business Analysts, and Product Owner, the Application Support will be liaising directly with key stakeholders to advise on publishing digital content and developing the website.Responsibilities of the Application Support:

  • Supporting the continuous development and upgrade of the websites
  • Utilising and developing a knowledge of CMS & HTML web engineering
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting key performance indicators
  • Rolling out new digital campaigns and helping produce quality content
  • Liaising with key stakeholders within the group
We welcome applications from anyone with currently working as a: Web developer, Content Manager, CMS Support, Web Administrator, Application administrator, Website Manager, Content Admin, Web Designer, Web Engineer, HTML Engineer, or Digital Executive.Experience of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), web-content best practise, HTML and CSS web design will be extremely beneficial to your application. An Application Support with exposure to digital marketing and content management systems will also put youahead of the curve.This hybrid opportunity only expects you in the Hunslet (Leeds) office once a week, will provide a salary of £32,500 - £35,000 per annum, a free bus pass and access to discounted public transport, free on-site parking, retail discounts and continuous careerdevelopment.To be considered for this Application Support vacancy please apply directly.
