Were delighted to be working with one of the UKs leading electrical retails who are now seeking to recruit an Ecommerce Customer Service Executive.This role will focus on their Amazon/eBay sales stores, with the right candidate having knowledge on online marketplaces, including customer service and how to manage account health via these platforms. With priority on delivering promises and product to theircustomers, this role is technologically driven through the eDesk software suite - focused on Amazon, eBay and online ecommerce.The ideal candidate will be action orientated, enjoys a challenge, and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.
