Job Description

Amazon and E-Commerce ExecutiveRole Purpose -Due to the growth of the business and their online presence our client is looking to recruit an E-Commerce Executive to take responsibility for managing internal E-Commerce platforms including Amazon Vendor and eBay. The role requires proficient working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central in an operational capacity, including experience in managing a high number of SKUs and focusing on improving their performance. You must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of Amazon Vendor, including product listings, A+ content strategies, storefront creation and optimisation, data analysis, promotions, advertising, digital merchandising, full sales life-cycle and raising / managing disputes.You will also manage the company eBay account and will be responsible for updating product listings and responding to buyer queries, ensuring to protect the company brand and image at all times.Objectives

  • To own and manage Amazon Vendor account, overseeing and ensuring sales growth to achieve an initial target of £500k per year.
  • To effectively manage product catalogue ensuring it is kept up to date.
  • To undertake regular product analysis ensuring we are selling at the right cost.
  • Key Tasks and Responsibilities -
  • Develop strong relationships and work closely with all areas of the business to optimise the Amazon account.
  • Continuously oversee and optimise product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms, product search rankings, competitor monitoring, revenue generation and buy box monitoring to ensure maximum exposure of products.
  • Work with Purchasing and Marketing colleagues to ensure accurate use of descriptions for the product listings, optimising and testing, creation of A+ pages, managing Amazon storefronts and making use of the features and opportunities provided by Amazon Marketing Services.
  • Manage product reviews and feedback.
  • Raise cases / disputes with Amazon Vendor Central Support to resolve issues.
  • Summarised and detailed reporting of key campaign strategy, activity, and optimisations across both Seller and Vendor Central marketplaces.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and expertise of the Amazon Vendor and Seller Central platforms.
  • Regularly review how the Amazon business is working and discuss and resolve with manger.
  • Skills and Experience -
  • Ideally at least 2+ years with successful Vendor management.
  • Ability to create and manage strong product listings that link to the Brand.
  • IT and office 365 literate (essential)
  • Adobe Photoshop / Design (desired but not essential).
