Job Description

Air Conditioning Engineer required for our client who is a successful HVAC Contractor based in the Harrogate area. The company operates across Yorkshire with a bulk of their contracts located in Leeds, Harrogate and York. They require an experience Air Conditioningengineer due to expansion and an increase of contracts.The Air Conditioning Engineer will be required to travel across Yorkshire carrying out planned maintenance, reactive works and installations on VRV/VRFs, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms within commercial builds such as hotels, schools, universities,offices and local authority buildings.This position holds a bias towards installation work and will be a rough split of 60/40 towards install work, a full driving licence is required for this position.Air Conditioning Engineer Position Requirements

  • Must be F-Gas qualified
  • Full UK Driving license
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Health and Safety knowledge is essential
  • Experience in commercial installations (Splits, VRF Systems, Heat Pumps, AHUs etc.)
  • Experience in Servicing (both Planned and Reactive Maintenance) would be an advantage
  • You will need to be confident, organised and have good attention to detail
  • You will need to be an excellent communicator with a helpful and friendly approach
Air Conditioning Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Basic Salary £31,000 - £36,000 DOE
  • Paid Overtime 1.5x/2x
  • Paid Travel Time after 30 minutes

  • 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day for every 5 years of service
