The Temps division at JHR are expanding. Due to continued growth we urgently need an Administrator to join the team on a full time basis. The individual’s qualities are more important than specific experience however it is essential you have excellent communication skills and outstanding written English. An accurate worker is vital for the role and someone able to work at pace. We are ideally looking for someone on a temporary to permanent basis.Job ProfileWe expect our Administrators to be excellent team players, strong communicators, and natural conversationalists. This role is heavily administrative and will progressively also become customer focused with a lot of your time being spent on the phone to candidates and clients. You will need to be confident in this environment and bring the same volume of energy to the table every day. Persistence and self-motivation are key to success in this role.ResponsibilitiesAs the Administrator on the Temporaries division, you will pro actively take responsibility for a wide ranging administrative function.
