Job Description

Construction AdministratorOur client is a superb business based in Leeds city centre, experiencing strong growth within the Energy market. This is a small and really lovely team who work closely together to offer an excellent level of support to rural customers, looking for energysupport and guidance. This is a newly created role, that would suit a Construction or possibly a Site Administrator, working alongside the Management team, offering support with all sub-contractor onboarding administration and support.This is a varied role, managing documents relating to projects and communicating with contractors to ensure accurate information. We are looking for motivated candidates who are keen to work within a role where they can really make a difference. You will have experience working within a similar role, either within Construction, Property or site led.The role offers variety, security, excellent working conditions and a great team. You will be provided with full training and there is ongoing personal development within the team.Your daily duties will involve:

  • Onboarding contractors efficiently and thoroughly to ensure all data inputted to system is accurate and compliant to current procedures.
  • Collect all risk and method statements to feed into the H&C QMS.
  • Working with Surveyors and Engineers internally to ensure all accurate documentation is filed and up to date.
  • Communicating with teams internally to offer support and jump on a variety of tasks relating to administration.
  • Looking after associated administration systems within the office.
  • Supporting the management team within any other areas as required.
What we are looking for:
  • Similar experienced gained within Construction, Property or Site Administration.
  • This is a really personable team, and someone with a positive and really approachable manner is vital.
  • A calm and considered manner who can work well under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, to speak to internal and external teams.
  • A strong work ethic, this is a busy role and would suit a hard worker who can put their head down and crack on when needed.
