Job Description

Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Administrator based on behalf of their client in Leeds due to expansion. This role will be varied and essentially, they are looking for someone who can support the MD and Manager with day-to-day duties along withan opportunity to help them explore new market. This role is an ideal for someone who has a good background in administration yet looking to explore a new career direction or enhance similar skillsClient DetailsMy client are an award winning third-party Logistics provider based in the hearts of Leeds. They have been operating for over 100 years and they operate on a global scale, providing their clients with a true alternative for all their transportation requirements.DescriptionThe key duties of the Administrator will have/ be:

  • Sending, processing, and chasing invoices
  • Requesting quotations
  • Researching and reporting back findings within the freight market
  • Shadow processing export shipments progressing to dealing with import air and sea freights.
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Screen and direct telephone calls
  • Obtain updates from airlines, shipping lines and hauliers for delivery updates
  • Maintain and updating customer spreadsheets
  • Tasks as requested by the MD and Manager
ProfileThe successful Administrator will have/ be:
  • Organised
  • Easily adaptable to new environments
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient at MS Packages (Excel/ Word)
Job Offer£21,000 - £23,000 Salary (DOE) + Immediate start + Free onsite Parking + Monday - Friday hours
