ADMINISTRATORLEEDS CITY CENTRE28-30K PER YEARFULL TIME, PERMANENTIm currently looking for 2x experienced Administrators to join a company based in Leeds. Thecompany is a training provider, offering courses to people aged between 16-25 years old who are looking to get qualifications in areas such as Food Health and Safety,manual handling, amongst many others. As the company has grew to offer many more courseswe are now looking to appoint more administration staff help with the smooth transition and day to day running of things.Job Purpose Toprovide a full administrative service to support the delivery of a variety of qualifications within the adult learning sector. Ensure that processes for managing administrative activity are efficient and meet the outcomes required, including diary management, record keeping and filing.Key Roles And Responsibilities Regularly report to the management team on issues and concerns that could impacton the delivery of quality of outcomes for learners Work with the management team to review and update all quality policies andprocedures, including evaluation and monitoring systems. Engage withlearners about their learning experience. Providefeedback to the management team through the regular management meetings. Maintain accurate staff training records, these records will involve the maintenance of both paper and IT systems. Records require updating on a frequent basis. Work with Admissions and Finance teams to provide excellent customer service and ensuring communication is maintained between various parties. Ensure that registration of learners is completed in a timely manner. Oversee the certification process for all qualifications. Complete all claims processes for all FE qualifications. Work with the Quality lead and tutors as required to ensure all attendance reports are up to date. Ensure learner portfolios are collected and available for external verification as needed Make use effective use of MS Office and organisational software packages to deliver the role. Make use of software packages to prepare reports, communications and documents asrequested. Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with main dutiesEssential RequirementsEssential - Level 2 qualification in English.Essential - Comprehensive ICT skills and familiarity with key packages - Word/Excel/Google docs/Outlook/Zoom as examplesEssential - Prior experience - min 2 years - in an administrative roleEssential - ability to be flexible and respond to demands of external stakeholders e.g. Ofsted, subcontracting colleges, external verifiers and other organisations.Essential - positive supportive and courteous interactions with all staff and learners.Desirable - prior experience using PICS operating systemDesirable RequirementsDesirable - working knowledge of Awarding Body requirements for registration, certification and external verification of learners.Desirable - working knowledge of record keeping of e.g. training, CPD, DBS records of staff etc.Desirable- Administration experience working within an education based setting would be highly desirableIf youre potentially interested in the role then please feel free to apply, or if you have any questions regarding the role and would like to discuss more, please feel free to email me at
