Job Description

Overview One of our largest clients is in desperate need of an Accounts Payable clerk to come in and support them with a range of tasks, this position has become available due to a company merger and the work load having increased recently. This position is lookingto start as soon as possible and as a result will be recruited as a temporary position, however if the right person needs it to be a permanent position this is also an option. If you are someone with any kind of Accounts Payable experience, or even someonewho is eager to give it a go after completing some relevant studies then please apply now!This position is exciting for a range of reasons, firstly this position is with a massive logistics business that is going through extreme amounts of growth, giving the successful candidate the right platform for progression, as this business have proventrack records of internal progressions. This position is also going to be challenging in all the right ways, you will be joining them at a time they are about to go through a couple of changes, so you will get to support this team turn into something amazing,supporting with transformations and improvements - where your ideas and suggestions will be welcomed! Also, this role will be joining a long standing team, the current team are very stable and they are wanting someone they can welcome into this environmentand who they can bring into their team! Skills required

  • Have had some exposure to Accounts Payable (the more the better), however if you are someone with a relevant qualification and youre looking for your foot in please still apply as we will consider all applicants!
  • Be a strong communicator who enjoys the query resolution side of a job as you will need to liaise with a range of departments on a daily basis.
  • Be a positive individual who loves a challenge, this role is fast paced and we are looking for someone who is happy to get in and give it a go with a positive attitude!
  • Be strong with IT and systems as this role will be using a range of systems and being able to pick things up quickly will be essential.
