This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a role finance within a thriving and supportive work environment. Our account’s function isthe backbone of our business and is central to ensuring that we consistently deliver a best in class service both internally and externally with our clients and suppliers. You will have access to the best tools for the role and will be working alongside a Director dedicated to ensuring you’re supported on your journeywith us.Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Credit Control
  • Raising sales ledger invoices
  • Collection of outstanding invoices
  • Regular liaison with clients
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger
  • Coding and processing supplier invoices
  • Monthly bacs run
  • Collating information from placement sheets for analysis
  • Managing the Interim/contractors onboarding processing
  • Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Monitor and reconcile company credit card purchases
  • Inputting expenses for payroll
  • Monthly intergroup invoicing
  • Monthly Intercompany reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc finance duties to support the Finance Director
Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of financial experience in an accounts environment
  • Sage 50 Accounts experience desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records

  • Ethical and maintains confidentiality.
  • Excellent administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
