Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a rapidly expanding and successful company in Leeds. This is a varied and interesting role and you will be working as part of a small Finance team and reporting into the FinanceManagerLocation: 5 minutes drive from Leeds City Centre with parkingSalary: £30,000 to £33,000Your role-

  • Reconciling purchase order accruals against supplier invoices using SAGE
  • Posting bank transfers
  • Ensuring all expenditure is processed in line with agreed authorisation limits
  • Developing, and managing company financial systems and policies
  • Processing all sales invoices
  • Managing large supplier accounts and the subcontractor ledger
  • Production of Month End payments runs for Purchase Ledger & Subcontractors
  • Reporting
The ideal candidate-
  • Previous experience using SAGE.
  • Confident user of all Microsoft systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
