Job Description

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to drive and elevate their position across Northern England. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic self-starter with a background of success in Radiology or Medical Device sales. The company We have partnered with an exclusive radiology equipment provider who are blazing new trails across the UK healthcare market with their portfolio of medical imaging devices. This is an excellent opportunity to join a tight-knit, family-run team during an excitingphase of growth and demonstrate the far-reaching potential of their solutions. The role As an Account Manager, you will develop a strategy to accelerate the sale of our client’s radiology portfolio across Northern England. By utilising a partnership approach, you will establish trusted, long-term relationships with executive customers in key accountsthat will enable you to build the sales pipeline and establish our client’s market position. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day aspects of customer accounts
  • Evaluating the overall effectiveness of the territory
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Undertaking data analysis of commercial opportunities
  • Maintaining a high level of competitive intelligence
  • Operating within budget
  • Representing the company at executive meetings
  • Providing monthly updates and progress against KPIs
The requirements You will have proven success in a healthcare sales role with demonstrable working knowledge of effective sales and marketing strategy, as well as:
  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline, ideally to MSc level
  • High level of business intelligence and commercial and/or financial acumen
  • Analytical and strategic with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Familiar with theatre and clinical environments
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with all levels of staff
  • Customer-focused and keen to drive great customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to confidently undertake multiple projects and influence decision-making
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Positive, driven and results-orientated
