Job Description

Account ManagerCyber SecurityLocation: LeedsSalary: £25k per year + OTE of £45kExcellent progression and company benefitsThe OpportunityTo support our clients growth plans, we are looking for driven and ambitious individuals who are excited by the career potential of cyber security. The successful candidate will be involved in a thorough sales training and onboarding programme to ensure theyare knowledgeable on our sales processes and the value of our product and service offering.Our client is a specialist IT cyber security and storage service provider who work with clients in education and both public and private sectors to design and implement a wide variety of solutions to meet the ever-changing Cyber Security needs of their customers.They work with several leading vendors to ensure that they can define, implement, facilitate and support the right solution for their customers specific requirements.The Account Managers are highly trained and self-motivated, enabling them to surpass their personal sales targets, whilst always delivering exceptional service and the companies message.If you are somebody keen on breaking into the cyber security sector or someone who already possess relevant experience, then this may been the opportunity you have been waiting for.Key Responsibilities

  • Business development- Perform outreach through calls, Linked In and email to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline
  • Understanding and communicating the value proposition to help the customer understand how it will improve their businesss cyber security posture
  • Generating leads and working customers through our customer engagement sales model
  • Earning trust and developing relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge, professionalism and relevance to business issues
  • Account Management- Working with your account base and ensuring that we are their cyber security partner, up-selling/ cross-selling and ensuring that we deliver the best service possible
  • Maintaining a close relationship with our in-house technical support team to aid with account management and supporting new business opportunities
  • Working closely with Marketing and Sales by following up on a variety of sales campaigns
  • Consistently achieving KPIs
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in generating new business and working towards target and KPIs
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Good phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Sharing best practise and constantly working to increase development and knowledge
  • An ambitious attitude to succeed and achieve career progression
