Job Description

Account / Project Manager - PackagingLocation: LeedsSalary: DOECompany: A full-service packaging and branding agency.Role: Responsible for looking after account and/or projects from initial concept to completion - through design process to production whilst ensuring an exceptional client service.Youll ideally be working at Account Manager or perhaps Account Executive level and looking to step up and push your career to the next stage.This is a great role offering scope for growth and ownership. Working within a dedicated team where you will have autonomy and the ability to really make a difference.

  • Serves as a day-to-day contact
  • Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
  • Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables
  • Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle
  • Managing projects from initial concept to completion, on time and budget
  • Creating job briefs and booking in jobs
  • Dealing with client queries and complaints whilst project managing ongoing projects
  • Main point of contact for agreed list of clients and actively build relationships with them.
  • Answering client queries/ dealing with issues/ managing client expectations.
  • Receiving briefs from Clients and gathering all required info to ensure production can commence.
  • Interpreting information correctly and creating accurate and thorough briefs for the Production team.
  • Liaising directly with suppliers to ensure the artwork production process runs smoothly and their considerations and feedback are acknowledged and actioned as appropriate.
  • Advising Account Director of large projects to aid resource management and planning, in a timely manner.
  • Attending Status Meetings to facilitate Project Management with the client.
  • Monitoring and moving artwork/repro on client systems as required.
  • Helping colleagues on other projects, work as a team within the studio.
Requirements:
  • Packaging industry experience - ideally FMCG
  • Experience within food packaging
  • Client facing experience
  • Proven account / project management within an agency / design or packaging
  • Technical knowledge or printing processes - print and packaging
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Ability to coach / mentor account execs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
