We are seeking individuals who are excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment. This role is all about being the first point of contact between FDM and our clients, understanding requirements and providing business solutions. FDM Group is looking for engaging individuals with clear reasons as to why they’re driven towards a career in business development and sales. As FDM continues to expand its business operations, we are looking for fresh new talent to add value to our growing sales team.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Presenting and showcasing FDM’s Model and USPs in a client environment
  • Maintaining existing client relationships and developing new connections
  • Calling, emailing and arranging meetings with prospective clients
  • Gathering requirements from clients and sourcing relevant candidates from the FDM academies for roles
  • Liaising with other areas of the business including Recruitment, the Academy, Business Development Managers and Sales Managers
  • Providing support to our in-house trainees, both in the process of securing their placement and in their time on-site
  • Essential Criteria
  • 3+ years previous experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Previous experience in a target driven environment using KPI metrics
  • Dedicated to a career in Sales & Business Development
  • Good understanding of the IT industry
  • Self-motivated in regard to driving new business and nurturing client relationships
  • Enthusiastic
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective organisation skills with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Able to use initiative
  • Works well in a team
