Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic new Jaywinger who can support our Client Service Team with the day-to-day delivery of digital campaigns for some of the biggest clients within our agency.Client DetailsJaywing is a media agency with over two decades of history. Primarily based in Sheffield and Leeds, the team is continuing to grow and develop as they work with multi-national brands across a variety of sectors. With a passion for teamwork, collaboration,and high-quality output, Jaywing is looking to add like-minded colleagues to their ranks.DescriptionAs an Account Executive with Jaywing, you will:

  • Be supporting senior account managers, managing day-to-day client relationships, and handling digital projects and retained accounts.
  • Juggle multiple projects, client demands and deadlines on a daily basis.
  • Work with the Account Director, coordinating the support of a talented team internally, to make sure clients needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Work with our client portfolio, which for this role is predominantly digital. You will be working with teams specialising in SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, CRO & Affiliates.
  • Gain the respect and trust of your client and colleagues through your phenomenal interpersonal skills, organisational brilliance, creative thinking and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Handle client feedback, both praise and critique, then effectively manage action and convey this to the internal team.
  • Work closely alongside your Senior Account Manager, developing your digital knowledge and being an integral part of the day-to-day organisation and delivery of our award-winning digital strategies.
  • Manage the clients expectations on deliverables throughout a projects process.

  • Have a desire to learn - Were a talented bunch. From creatives and developers, data scientists and mathematicians to content makers, journalists, strategists and technologists, there are lots of experts to learn from.
  • Have great people skills and work well in a team - your personality will flex from brainstorming ideas with the internal team, taking briefs from clients and trouble-shooting the natural glitches and conflicts that occur.
  • Provide strong evidence of building relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Our Account Executives are critical to the success of our client/agency relationship, and the balance helps ensure we provide best in class client service.
  • Be a stellar communicator. Striking up a conversation and communication, both written and verbal should come easy to you.
  • Although not essential, agency or performance marketing experience would be desired
  • A hunger to learn is essential!
  • Be both numerate and financially aware - youll be there to support with planning, time management, SLA, billing and dotting the Is and crossing the Ts
  • Have strong attention to detail - whether its evaluating a spike in a clients results or understanding the reasons behind a lack of interactions, your naturally inquisitive nature will be looking at asking the right questions so our team can provide evenbetter outputs to clients.
  • A natural interest in Digital Marketing is the deal-breaker!
