As a result, we are looking to expand our Academy team. We are seeking an Academy Coordinator who will play a crucial role in the smoothrunning of our Academies going forward. Otherwise, if you would like to apply, please click onthe button at the foot of this advert!The Academy Coordinator is responsible for two key areas within the Academy, sourcing and recruiting high quality candidates, and organising and coordinating the smooth running of the Academy programmes. The recruitment aspect of the role assists the AcademyManager in sourcing high quality applicants for our Academy, and managing them from initial contact through to working on a client account. The organisational and coordinating part is to help manage the execution of the programmes as they are delivered, forexample, coordinating the taught sessions and workshops, liaising with guest speakers, external providers and the academites themselves.The Academy runs multiple programmes per year, both internally to hire and train academites, also to support our partnership with Generation UK in delivering the data engineering programme, and finally to deliver successful client Academies where required.The strategy is for the Academy to continue to scale over the next few years and this role is key in helping achieve this.Key duties of the role
