Job Description

3rd Line Support Analyst - C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL - Nationwide Our client, a highly successful software company, is looking for a 3rd Line Support Analyst - (C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL) to provide fantastic customer service to their clients. You could be based in one of a number of their offices around the UK.The 3rd Line Support Analyst - (C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL) - will work within a multi-disciplinary team of client facing application, process and technical experts who offer advanced technical advice for our clients software platform. The team act as acknowledged experts for product, process and procedure for both internal & external customers to resolve their IT related issues.Candidates for the 3rd Line Support Analyst role should have the following experience, qualifications and skills-Experience-

  • At least a year’s experience of working in a 3rd Line Technical Support role
  • Advanced technical knowledge of areas such as C#, ASP.Net Core and SQL
  • Experience of technical trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Good customer service skills and experience
  • Have a good grasp of programming techniques
  • Have some Project Management experience
    • Qualifications-
  • A degree in Computing or Information Technology or equivalent
  • ITIL Foundation V3 certified
    • Skills-
  • Great communication skills -both verbal and written
  • Strong technical skills in C#, ASP.Net Core and SQL
  • Self-motivated and outgoing
  • Ability work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • A can do attitude
