Job Description

3rd Line Support AnalystLeeds£300-£340 per dayOur client is seeking a 3rd Line Support Analyst to join their Infrastructure & Operations Team.Responsibilities:

  • 3rd Line support of Server related incidents within agreed SLAs
  • Ensuring all Infrastructure and Processing services responsibilities are met
  • Solo site attendance for problem resolutions
  • Offering advice and guidance to the customer and liaising with 3rd parties on support issues where appropriate
  • Citrix & Windows system set up and administration
    • Skills and Experience:
  • Experience implementing and configuring monitoring tools such as Solar Winds, MS SCOM, and HP Insight Manager
  • LAN configuration/management including TCP/IP, NLB, DNS and DHCP
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work within a team
