3rd Line IT Support EngineerLocation: Leeds Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider in the Leeds area.You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients by handling escalations from the 1st and 2nd line team. This will include remotely configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networks, servers, and other IT hardware and software. You willalso be involved in designing, maintaining and administering IT infrastructure.The business is focused around cyber security, cloud technologis and digital transformation so if you want the opportunity to build upon your skillset in this field or utilise the skills you have already learnt then this may be the opportunity for you.The ideal candidate must have:* Significant experience in IT Support * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365 and Azure* Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V, DNS and DHCP* Experience in virtualisation (VMWare and/or Hyper-V)* Experience with Network Security (firewalls, routing and switching)* Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN)* Knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell)* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware a software issues* Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf you feel you have the necessary skills and experience for this role, please apply for immediate consideration and interview.
