Exceptional business leaders (and teams) are sought to scale and enhance the return of growth-stage and profitable mature companies withEnterprise Values individually of £5m-75m.Independence specialise in off-market deals which maximises flexibility and pricing opportunities, and the candidate in question will inform a bespoke strategy built around their experiences and aspirations. Given the depth of experience in 3PL Independencehas access to dozens of off-market deals and aspires to support a leader/team develop a buy-build in the sector, acquiring 1 platform asset and c2/3 bolt-on assets per annum therafter, aggregating to circa £100-200m turnover before exit (with that time horizon3-5 years typically).Where proven teams exists within a corporate and who either wish to deliver an MBO/spin-out, Independence will actively support on enabling that transaction too.Requirements
