Job Description

*Excavator driver* £10-£11 * Days or Nights *Monday to Friday*Venatu Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a highly established client in Leeds. This role is for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver.Location: Leeds LS10Temp - PermanentSalary: £10.00 per hour on days and £11 per hour on nightsOvertime paid x 1.3 over 48 hoursPackage:

  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension
    • Weekly Hours: Between 50 - 60 hoursHours of work: Days MO-FR 6am-6pm or Nights MO-FR 6pm - 6am or 4am depending on workloadIdeal Start: ASAPProcess/interview format:Our client are looking for experienced shovel loader driver operator ideally from the waste and recycling industry who is used to mechanical sorting waste environment .Ideally you will be from either a MRF or Transfer Station background and used to working in a fast paced and high pressure environment. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, can think on their feet and is adaptable to changing priorities.Main Responsibilities
  • Stockpiling material.
  • Loading vehicles.
  • Loading static Plant
    • Experience/ Qualifications
  • A minimum of one years experience in operating mobile plant equipment (essential).
  • CPCS, Lantra, Npors accredited (essential)
  • Waste industry experience (desirable).
  • Valid Shovel driver license is a MUST
