Our 2nd line Technical Support team within Community Pharmacy have an exciting opportunity that requires a customer focused, logical thinking and proactive analyst with a good understanding of SQL. Reporting directly to the Support Team Leader you will providean excellent level of support on technical issues, regularly liaising with both 3rd party suppliers and customers as part of this process.The role specifically focuses on investigating escalated queries from 1st line which require more complex analysis and resolution. You`ll also look to identify trends and search for longer term solutions to reoccurring issues that are reported to the servicedesk.Other responsibilities will include:
