* 1st Line Support* Experience within SQL, REST and SOAP* Experience within JAVA development is a plusVictoria Recruitment are now partnered with an exciting business who specialise in creating a fully adaptable integration solution to work with a large variety of industries including E-commerce, industrial and software. Their head office is based in Leeds, however this role is fully remote.With around 10 employees, they are looking to expand their business capabilities by hiring not only a first line support engineer but expanding their development teams also. Ideally, this business is looking for an experienced 1st line support engineer, who also has skills within SQL, APIs and Development languages such as JAVA. Duties:* Supporting clients with platform installation and surrounding technologies* Logging calls and liaising with 2nd line support team* Collaborating with the Support, Development and Consultancy teams* Using TCP/AI based protocols for exchanging data such as: HTTP(S), FTP, SFTP, SMTP, REST and SOAP.Ideal Candidates:* Experience of supporting business critical back software using customer service skills.* An understanding of end-to-end support processes* Good communication and interpersonal skills Added Advantages:* Experience supporting ERP solutions - namely in the supply chain aspects.* EDI standards and systems experience * Understanding of SOAP and REST* Understanding of XML and the XSLT language along with XPATHIf you are interested in this role, please press APPLY and a dedicated IT consultant from Victoria Recruitment will be in touch.
