HR Business Partner / Advisor - Leatherhead, Surrey* Initial 6 month fixed term contract* Charity organisation who provide fantastic services* Salary £40,000 (parking onsite) plus benefits including hybrid working, 25 days annual leave andretail discountsA lovely charity in the health and social care sector are looking for an HR Business partner / Senior Advisor to join them on an initial 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent. Working as part of a supportive team you will be responsiblefor the following:- Providing coaching and guidance to leadership team and staff- Managing employee relations cases- Supporting in the attraction of talent and recruitment (working with the HR Advisor to screen candidates and advertise roles across social media)- Ensure L&D needs or the organisation are met and commission training- Working to ensure excellence and continuous improvement across HR services- Reporting on HR data and metrics- Develop policies and procedures and ensure strategic objectives are metTo be considered suitable you will need to have previous HR Advisor / HR Business Partner experience along with strong operational experience across core HR principles(employee relations, resourcing, performance and development needs and organisationalchange). You will also need the following:- Strong ability to build relationships and manage internal stakeholders- Ideally CIPD qualified- Good knowledge of employment legislation- Knowledge of employee health and wellbeing initiatives
