Job Description

We are now recruiting for a proactive, driven Sales Support Coordinator who will have responsibility for providing administrative and analytical support to the Fleet Operations Manager and Head of Fleet. You will manage overall reporting and analysis relating for Hyundai Fleet Sales for both dealer fleet and direct sales. You will carry out critical daily and weekly reporting for fleet sales including registrations/order bank/new order and stock reports and process all administration relating to the direct sales channel (RAC/P&G/Subscription).Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all administration relating to the direct sales channel (RAC/P&G/Subscription) Support the Fleet Operations Manager in the quarterly updating of the sales channel fleet discounts in-line with approved Business Plan. Ensure agreed discount structures are effectively communicated.
  • Management of customer and dealer payments and general enquires.
  • Report and communicate dealer earnings/performance for Fleet Business Programme on a quarterly basis
  • Support Fleet Operations Manager on timely tender completion (local and international) with product and business information
  • Support the delivery of direct sales including police and government, rental and subscription.
  • First point of contact for vehicle availability on direct supply volume issuing regular offer reports to external customers
  • Processing of CCS bonus payments for public sector dealer supplied sales volume
  • Management and processing of invoices in BMS system for fleet and sales function
  • Ordering of vehicles for direct fleet volume ensuring the timely delivery of cars to meet the business plan
  • Manage sold order process and aged stock profile to ensure timely distribution of inventory
  • Assist in the collating of weekly forecast by model and fleet sub channel via field team and reconcile
  • Run monthly whole-life cost comparisons to measure Hyundai key fleet models relative to competitive basket.
  • Lead special projects as required by the Fleet Operations Manager or Head of Fleet
  • Person Specification:
  • Demonstrable operational experience in fleet administration, ideally with knowledge of rental market/operations (risk and Buy-back processes)
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
  • Highly numerate with good PC skills and intermediate Excel skills as a minimum
  • Flexibility to adapt to a wide scope of activities
  • Ability to work under own initiative when required
  • Efficient and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
