Job Description

Sales Support AdministratorThis is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy and high performing company. You will be actively involved in managing the day-to-day running of the company as well as maintaining and establishing good relationships with suppliers, clients and vendors.Job Specification:

  • Sales administration: liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, negotiating and building relationships with key supply chain;
  • Sales support: assisting the sales team with ad-hoc administration, organising demonstrations, attending video calls with clients and video project meetings;
  • Quotation administration: curating a pre-designed and specified solution into a quotation template, attention to detail is a key driver here.
  • Person Specification:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ sales or office administration experience;
  • A keen interest in technology;
  • Strong rapport-building skills;
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy is paramount;
  • A flexible and committed approach to taking full responsibility for their role and responsibilities;
  • The ability to prioritise an ever-changing workload within a busy office;
  • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Full, clean UK driving license and own transport or locality to the office
