REED HR are working with your Leatherhead based client in recruiting a Rewards Advisor.£50,000 - £55,000You will be responsible for:Conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure our pay and benefits are competitive and fairDeveloping and maintaining pay structures, grading systems, and reward policiesManaging the annual pay review and bonus processesProviding advice and guidance to managers and employees on reward-related mattersSupporting the implementation of reward initiatives and projectsLiaising with external providers and stakeholders on reward issuesTo be successful in this role, you will need:A degree in HR, business, or a related fieldA CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable)Previous experience in a reward role or a similar HR functionKnowledge of reward principles, practices, and legislationExcellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and HR systemsWe offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageA supportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for learning and developmentFlexible working arrangementsIf you are interested in this role, please apply online with your CV and cover letter.
