Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join a leading healthcare provider as a Personal Assistant to their CEO. In this role, you will provide administrative and organisational support to the CEO, ensuring that they are able to focus on the most important aspects of their job.Specifically, the Personal Assistant will have the following responsibilities:- Managing and maintaining the CEOs schedule and calendar- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments- Screening and responding to incoming phone calls and emails- Managing the CEOs travel itineraries and bookings- Preparing and distributing correspondence and reportsThe ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role will have: - At least 2 years of experience working as a personal assistant or executive assistant- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite- The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyThey are offering a 20 hour a week contract with flexibility as to when the hours are workedThe salary on offer is £30,000 on a pro rata basis.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply on line as directed.Coburg Banks Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
