Senior Leadership role in a growing international business.Responsible for operations all over the world.Client DetailsMy client is a leading engineering business with functions all over the world, looking to strengthen one of their divisions. They operate in a fast-paced environment with a large portfolio of projects at any one time.DescriptionThe role needs a proven Controller with strong people leadership with exposure to working in an international environment. The role will include the following:- Responsible for financial management and governance of the division- Consolidation of monthly management reports- Production of monthly management accounts including budgets and forecasts- Profitability, working capital and other analysis- Compliance - SARBOX and USGAAP- Balance sheet interrogation- Multi-site and project experience highly beneficialProfileThe successful candidate will have ideally worked within a project environment, have managed teams and had an international focus.
