Job Description

Digital Project ManagerLeatherhead£35,000 - £38,000 depending on experienceFull Time Temporary (12 month FTC)Our prestigious Client based in Leatherhead are looking for a Digital Project Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage all aspects of the planning, development and build of a new website for the Client integrating all areas of the organisation into one website
  • Work with key stakeholders across the organisation to scope current and future website requirements that support the growth of the organisation
  • To deliver a high quality, responsive website that reflects SEO and accessibility best practice, within budget and established time frame
  • To actively monitor the digital environment and recommend cost effective ideas for digital product development, highlighting how the Client would benefit the delivery of services and /or effectiveness of fundraising
  • Identify new opportunities to reach target audiences and amplify the Client’s voice in the disability sector
  • Manage the research and planning stage through to brief development, working with key internal stakeholders
  • Establish a cross organisation working group to scope current and future website requirements that support the varied requirements and future growth of the organisation
  • Oversee all aspects of the pitch process to secure the right website development partner
  • Work closely with the successful agency to develop the wireframe, design, build, test and launch a high quality, responsive website that reflects SEO and accessibility best practice
  • Manage and deliver the project to agreed specifications, on budget and on schedule, monitoring costs and progress throughout
  • Monitor potential risks and identify possible solutions
  • Provide regular update reports for Head of Marketing and Communications Digital Insight
  • With the Head of Marketing and Communications ensure all activities are working towards the strategic goals of the Client and are on brand and within budget
  • Acting in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements as may apply from time to time
  • Experience/ Requirements:
  • Good understanding of website design and development
  • Good understanding of effective Digital Marketing
  • Good understanding of GoogleAnalytics
  • Good project management skills
  • Good data management skills
  • Ability to discuss technical requirements with external agencies and also communicate information effectively to internal stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office
  • Good budget management skills
