Job Description

The MISSION is to be a world-leading company developing, manufacturing and supplying products and services for the food and drinks industry. They manufacture products to teach the worlds sensory teams how to assess their own products to ensure they are taint free and true to type. They also manufacture and sell brewers yeast making about 25% of the worlds beer.We are looking for an adaptable, team-oriented person to be our part-time Credit Controller & Admin. The role is working within the Business Support team. They require a confident credit controller to keep on top of outstanding debt, and assist with various admin duties in the sales department. You not need to have years and years of experience of this role but you should have some transferable or related job experience. The role will be split between credit control, and general admin in the company.You will be joining a young and enthusiastic team of scientists, marketing, sales and support staff within the new premises that the company moved to at the end of Dec 2017.General responsibilities· Customer invoicing· Controlling credit and chasing debt· Credit control and statements· Ensuring that correct payments are allocated to the correct invoices· Processing all supplier invoices· General administrative tasks· Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals· Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct· Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits· Opening of all post within the companyEnsuring all payments are paid into our bank accountsOn top of this, you will be asked to assist with admin in the logistics and sales team when needed.Does this describe you If it does Join or Team.
