  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Resolving client discrepancies and short payments.
  • Conducting credit checks on potential clients.
  • Negotiating repayment plans.
  • Preparing statements, client status reports and all relevant documentation.
  • Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
ProfileA successful Credit Controller should have:
  • Relevant Credit Control experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
