Our client seeks a high calibre Telesales Representative for their busy Conveyancing department in Leamington Spa.They are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for converting Legal quote requests over the telephone. The telesales representatives responsibilities include contacting potential customers, working through a clear processdriven script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, instructions, and reactions.The role involves working with a unique conveyancing service that places client experience at the heart of the property transaction. The start of this journey, whether selling or buying, involves undegrading the element of the quote, having a sound knowledgeof Estate Agency, and understanding the skill involved in meeting client expectations to achieve their aim to complete as smoothly and quickly as possible.A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability.
