Job Description

This boutique, family-owned company, with big growth plans, has been serving organisations to connect with global audiences for the last 2 decades and they have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive focusing on new client acquisitionto join its growing team.Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record either agency side, or client side in a mid sized, high growth firm.Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Proficient at using data and research insights to help devise creative marketing campaigns to assist in delivering overall marketing department objectives
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, within agreed timescales to attract new customers, grow existing accounts and attract talent. These activities will include the management of running online and in person events, email campaigns, companynewsletters and the management of digital channels
  • Manage and optimise the company website - creating landing pages for campaigns and reporting back on performance with the use of google analytics
  • Influence the content strategy and coordinate the creation and execution of the editorial calendar
  • Management of appropriate agencies as well as a growing team of freelancers for copywriting, graphic design and SEO/PPC
  • Provide Post Quarter analysis on overall digital performance to senior management team and other key stakeholders
  • Support internal communication to effectively distribute key information for the internal team
  • Actively contribute to the overall growth of the companys digital presence
Person Profile
  • Experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in managing integrated campaigns and use of digital channels to drive business growth
  • Ability to be a safe pair of hands with a creative flair and talent to see ideas through to fruition
  • Experience in web-based lead generation focusing on the acquisition of new customers
  • Ability to collaborate closely with different stakeholders within and outside of the marketing team - such as senior management
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A curious and proactive self-starter, with the ability to work strategically and tactically
  • Experience using WordPress, google analytics and email marketing systems as well as MS Office
