    • Description
  • This is a vital, senior-level position within a talented and high-calibre Infrastructure function, where you will have the freedom to be involved in key parts of technical design, implementation and management of a core Wintel-based infrastructure estate.
  • You will take ownership of a large on-premise server environment, working with Windows Server and VMware technologies, whilst also having hands-on responsibilities over cloud-based project work within Azure.
  • You will work closely with expert colleagues from other areas of the Infrastructure function, such as Networks, Storage and Applications, in order to ensure a top-class Service is provided at all times for the business.
  • The projects you will cover will be wide and diverse, and span areas such as Office365 implementation, Azure migrations, and AzureAD covering areas such as DHCP, DNS and Group Policy.
  • In addition to the exciting and innovative project work, as the Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will also cover 3rd Line support issues, acting as an expert escalation point where needed for the team, all in an efficient ITIL environment, covering Incident, problem and Change Management.
    • ProfileAs the successful candidate for the Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer position, you will be highly experienced in the design, implementation and management of the following technologies:
  • Windows Server

  • Azure Active Directory
  • Office365
  • Enterprise Storage
    • The following areas would be highly beneficial:
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certified.
  • Networking expertise across LAN/WAN.
