Senior Games Programmer / C++ Developer (AAA Console Mobile Games) Are you an accomplished Senior Games programmer looking to accelerate your career Would you like an opportunity to make an impact in a pioneering games development company, where youll deliver a strong pipeline of projects and lead a small, talented team Founded by industry veterans, this independent game development studio has earnt a reputation for their state-of-the-art games and forward thinking. In this Senior Games Programmer role youll be based in Leamington Spa, a location recognised as an international tech hub for video games development companies. This is a high-impact role where youll remain hands-on across design and architecture, calling upon your industry experience to lead the design, development, testing and implementation of game code across the full development lifecycle, to produce the highest possible quality gaming experience for users across the world. Youll join an energetic, mixed team of experts and fresh talent who are constantly pushing the boundaries of development to create games with an unrivalled user experience.You will be a key senior figure in leadership; heading up a small team (approx. 6) where youll be the main point of contact in guiding career development, budgetary control and work prioritisation / allocation to optimise the growth and output of your team. *Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures, as well as fully remote working until 2021. Going forwards, you will have continued flexibility including 1-2 days working from home.
