Senior C++ Engineer / Video Games Programmer (AAA Console Mobile) Market-leading, independent game studio is seeking an accomplished Senior C++ Engineer to join their dynamic team and help push the boundaries of game development. Here, youll join a mixed team of experts and fresh talent, and will play a key role in the delivery of a strong pipeline of projects, helping to create an unrivalled user experience. Youll be based in Leamington Spa, a location internationally recognised as a hotspot for video game development companies. This Senior C++ Engineer position is a high-impact role where youll remain hands-on across design and architecture, calling upon your industry experience to lead the design, development, testing and implementation of game code across the full development lifecycle, to produce the highest possible quality gaming experience for users across the world. You will be a key senior figure in leadership; heading up a small team (approx. 6) where youll be the main point of contact in guiding career development, budgetary control and work prioritisation / allocation to optimise the growth and output of your team. *Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures, as well as fully remote working until 2021. This company is also able to sponsor visas and offer a relocation package to the best fitting candidates.Going forwards, you will have continued flexibility including 1-2 days working from home.
