Job Description

Our client is a well-respected, leading estate agency business with a lovely small, professional and friendly team. Due to a pending retirement within the team, the business is now looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to support with all associated paperwork relating to tenancies. This role would suit an experienced administrator who is diligent and organised with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be looking for stability and longevity within their next role, and in return, our client offers a collaborative working environment within a dynamic office.Please note:This is a full time, permanent role (working hours are Mon - Fri 9:00 - 5:30pm and every 3rd Saturday 9am - 3pm).Responsibilities:

  • Processing tenancy contracts, renewals and other associated paperwork
  • Using and updating an in-house system accurately with customer data
  • Communicating regularly with landlords and customers/renters by telephone and email
  • Working to deadlines to ensure documentation is produced in a timely manner
  • Supporting the office with wider ad-hoc administration as required
  • Skills & Experience:
  • You must have strong proven experience working as an administrator within a professional services environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with legally binding documents
  • Strong IT skills with previous exposure to an in-house database, CRM system or similar
  • Dynamic with the ability to use initiative when dealing with clients
  • Positive approach to customer service
  • You will be a team player and flexible in approach
