Materials ControllerAGA Rangemaster39 hours per weekMonday to Thursday 7.00-4.00 Friday 7:00-12:00 (Saturdays are overtime as required)£29,100 per year + 5% company bonusLeamington Spa (On-site)About YouWe are looking for a proactive and reliable material controller to join our team in Leamington Spa.Are you passionate about ensuring a seamless material flow in a manufacturing environmentIT savvy with experience of processing goods in, stock control and scheduling using an MRP system to maintain our supplier base.About The RoleYou will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and maintaining systems of supply that provide co-ordinated materials flow between stakeholders.You will collaborate with the supply chain team, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.Key responsibilities:MRP/SAP systems: Create and maintain supplies and spares using MRP and portal systems ensuring the required standards are met in accordance with the customers’ contractual agreement.Supplier Coordination/shipping: Communicate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues that may have a potential impact on the shipping process.Supplier Schedule Management: Control supplier schedules and prioritise accordingly and develop recovery plans. Escalate issues to the procurement team through the correct process.Proactive Communication: Create and maintain excellent supplier relationships through clear and concise communication keeping them informed of delays and work closely to resolve the problems.Essential attributes
