To celebrate our 75th birthday, we have launched Project75 with 75 people doing 75 events to raise £75,000 forcharity!JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing AssistantReporting into our Marketing Manager, youll be encouraged to think outside of the box and use your creativity to bring new ideas to the table. A typical day will consist of: · Implementation of the Marketing Strategy and Sales Development Plans as well as supporting the team across all online and offline projects. · Being proactive on our social media platforms - monitoring, uploading, reacting and replying to posts to build our social media and online presence. · Being proactive on internal marketing to enhance our culture and well-being initiatives, taking an active part in our social committee, collaborating with our charity partners, promoting and supporting Project75 internally and to external stakeholders. · Supporting the Marketing Manager and working alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the department.Person Specification - Marketing AssistantWere relatively open-minded to your previous experience, as we believe in hiring on attitude over experience.Offering the comforts of a family run organisation as well as the excitement of a growing but established SME, this role will have the genuine opportunity to help shape the progression of a business undergoing a realistic growth plan.
