Lettings Consultant / Administrator Salary £25,000 plus some commsion for Lets £27500 OTE - Leamington SpaMy client are a exceptional Local Independent agent based in Leamington, and now due to expansion are seeking someone to help within thier busy Lettings department.The role is a varied one, you ideally will have 12 months experince within Lettings or Property Management administration. This role will require some viewings so you must be a car owner driver.The role will include the followingLettings - some viewings, Inspections, and check ins this would ammount to roughly 40% of the jobLettings Administration this is around 50% of the day and will includeRent renewalsTeancy agreementsChasing rent payments if requiredAll aspcts of Lettings adminsitration, you must have a really good attention to detail and be organised and love getting on top of any adminsistration this is around 50% of the role.The other 10% would be property management, mainly dealing with maintenance enquries, and dealing with a portfolio of managed properties within the local area.So if a varied role, with different areas of Lettings sounds like you, and you love administration, and been part of a busy team then I would love to hear from you.Required skills
